Or, in plain English, a cauliflower gratin with cheese and tomato. Very similar to the potato gratin I made – and also as easy – but a good way to eat cauliflower, especially if tou’re not too fond of it: the cheese is wonderful as always, but also the tomato bevomes very rich in flavor and adds some much-needed moist-ness (is that a word?) to the ever dry cauliflower.
