Chou-Fleur aux Tomates Fraîches

Or, in plain English, a cauliflower gratin with cheese and tomato. Very similar to the potato gratin I made – and also as easy – but a good way to eat cauliflower, especially if tou’re not too fond of it: the cheese is wonderful as always, but also the tomato bevomes very rich in flavor and adds some much-needed moist-ness (is that a word?) to the ever dry cauliflower. Once again, thumbs up Julia C!!

About charmedsue

Hi! A quick warning: I have no exciting stories to tell or incredible talents to display. I’ve created this blog to post things on when I have no one else to talk to about them, and to use as a bit of an archive for myself (I'm no good at keeping diaries). So there won't be any structure or aim...kind of like my life! :D If that’s all okay with you, then welcome!
